Refund policy
We offer exchanges only if the product arrives with a broken seal, damaged bottle, or leakage. In such cases, you must report the issue within 3 days of delivery, and we will replace the item. Returns are only accepted if the seal is fully intact and the product is completely unused, with return requests also required within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Please note that two-way delivery charges for any return or exchange will be paid by the customer. Items with opened seals, used products, or damages caused after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
